How does your sizing work?
Our sneaker-shoe hybrids are unisex.
We offer Euro unisex sizes from 35 to 45. We don’t do half sizes.

All product pages include a size chart to help you find your own Euro size.
For your comfort, we provide an extra pair of thicker insoles with each box. Swap these in for a more snug fit.
How does the Bump’air fit?
We have found we tend to run a half (Euro) size bigger. If you are a half (Euro) size, most customers size down (example: if you are 38.5, we recommend you take a 38). However, you have a wider foot and you are a half size, we would suggest sizing up (example: you are 43.5, and we’d recommend you take a 44).
If you are a full size, we recommend you stick with your size. The extra pair of thicker insoles in your package can be swapped in for a more snug fit.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, and AfterPay for US customers only.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
All orders are prepared within 2 business days Monday to Friday except during the following Chinese holidays, which may cause delays:

Once the order ships, you'll receive a shipping notification email including tracking number(s) for your order. Heads up: If you order more than one pair, your order will be split into different packages to allow for a lower weight per package, in order to provide free worldwide shipping and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Is shipping free?
We provide free shipping from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong in North America, Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to customers outside these zones, but we do offer a discounted shipping rate.
Do I have to pay import fees?
Depending on the country of import and local regulation, customs taxes & duties may be due upon delivery. For the concerned countries, an estimate will be provided during checkout under the shipping option.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Once the order is processed, depending on your country, delivery time frame will be approximately:
• North America: 2 to 5 business days
• Europe: 2 to 5 business days
• Asia: 1 to 5 business days
• Oceania: 4 to 8 business days
• Middle East: 4 to 6 days (except Turkey: 10-15 days)
• South America: 10-30 days
Delivery times can sometimes increase due to unexpected delays caused by holidays, bad weather, or other factors.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally through our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
Only incorrect contact details and quantity can be modified once the order is placed. Product and size can’t be modified once they are placed.
If you want to change the order itself, we will have to cancel and refund you, and then you can place a new order.
Can I cancel an order?
Order can be cancelled only if they have not been processed by our fulfillment center. If it’s too late, you will have to return the package and follow the return process as explained in the Returns section.

What happens to unclaimed packages?
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as unclaimed, refused, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed packages are subjected to a $100 restocking fee to cover express shipping and return costs, taxes and duties, and warehousing fees.
Once the package is transferred to the selected carrier, SHOES 53045 is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking confirms that the package has been “Delivered” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor SHOES 53045 is liable.
Afterpay allows US customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks, interest-free.
To use Afterpay, shop the site and check out as usual. During checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details.

We think you and your feet will love our shoes! But if you are unhappy with your pair for some reason, we are happy to help you return them for a refund or a store credit to place another order.
Are returns free?
Yes, they’re free for buyers based in North America, Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. For the other countries, unfortunately, the buyer will have to support the cost of returning the shoes.
What are your return conditions?
You have 30 days (from receipt of the package) to return your shoes, *with the exception of promotional sale items, which are not eligible for return.

Worn and damaged shoes will not be accepted. Please do not try them out outdoors. You must return your shoes in new/unworn condition with original packaging to qualify. This includes the pair of shoes, the original shoe box, mesh bag, laces, insoles, and tags. Please use the original E-Commerce box to return the product(s).
In the rare case you receive a clearly defective product or the product was shipped in a different size than the one ordered, SHOES 53045 will support the return costs to our fulfillment center.
You will be refunded once the returned product has arrived and has been validated by our team. Refund does not include local duties and taxes that may be applied to your delivery in your country.
Are exchanges allowed?
Sorry, exchanges are not possible. You will have to return the shoes and place a new order.
How do I initiate a return?
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for your return. For buyers based in North America, Asia and Europe, Australia and New Zealand, we will provide you with a shipping label you can print out yourself and stick on the E-commerce box. You may use this to send your order back to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
2. For buyers based in other countries, once the return is accepted, we will provide you the instructions and the address to return the product(s). Once you receive the return address, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice, We suggest providing tracking number for any returns, as lost in return items are not eligible for refunds.
3. After our warehouse accepts your return, we will process the refund for your order. Please allow 2 to 10 working days for the transaction to appear on your account depending on the payment option you used. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 2 business days after your shoes are received at our fulfillment center. The return processing time frame does not include the shipping time needed for your return package to be delivered to our fulfillment center. It may take several days to reach us, depending on the shipping method and carrier selected for each country.
Can I drop off my return directly at your fulfillment center or your corporate office?
No, all return orders must be shipped using the shipping label provided. We can’t accept drop-offs.

We are a digital native footwear brand sent from the future (but we took a detour through the ’90s).

How do you deliver such high quality at prices much lower than the other luxury sneakers?
By focusing on selling direct-to-consumer and cutting out the inefficient retail model with its 2.5x markup, we can create great shoes and sell them to you for less.
Why do you choose to manufacture your shoes in China?
China is the best country for the most high-tech sneakers—in the same way that other countries have their specialties (like Italy’s leathergoods tradition, Spain’s handcrafted espadrilles, Morocco’s straw, Indian embroidery).
